The franchise and contact forms collect your name, email address, phone number and message. When the form automation is configured, the form sends that information to a Google Apps Script web app, which records it in a Google Sheet. If the automation has not been configured, the form displays an error and does not send the data.

We also use Google Tag Manager. It may load Google measurement or tag services and process technical information such as device, browser, IP-address-derived information and website activity, depending on the tags configured in the container.

We use contact information to respond to messages you choose to send. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating the business. Any analytics or marketing cookies must only be used where the required consent has been obtained; the current website does not present a cookie-consent control.

Data may be processed by our website host, Google Apps Script and Google Sheets for form submissions, and Google where Google Tag Manager loads its services. Links to Google Maps and delivery platforms take you to third-party services whose privacy information applies separately.

The website itself does not retain enquiry form data. Form submissions are retained in the linked Google Sheet only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and meet applicable legal, accounting or record-keeping requirements.

Subject to applicable law, you can ask for access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or objection to our use of your personal data. You may also have the right to data portability. To make a request, email us using the address above. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with how we handle your data.

We will update this notice before introducing a new form processor, cookie tool, marketing activity or other new personal-data use.
